Nairobi Shop Keeper turns Kes 1300 into Kes 3 Million in 3 months. Buys first car and currently saving to build her dream home. This is how she did it.

 


Grace Wambui was working as a shopkeeper in a wine and spirit shop in Nairobi where she was paid a mere ksh 12,000 a month despite having a diploma in IT. Being a single mother, her small salary was not enough to feed her and her small baby hence she started looking for other ways of making an extra income. One day while browsing on Facebook she came across an advert for an online job called Zumo News and her life has never been the same again. We meet with her as she narrates to us about her success journey.

“My name is Grace Wambu and am a single mother of one kid. After completing college i was unable to secure any meaningful employment hence i started doing odd jobs at least to put food on the table. I worked as an Mpesa agent for sometime before i got a job at wine and spirit shop. With a small kid , My small salary was not enough hence i decided to look for other ways of making an extra and thats how i landed on this amazing website called Zumo News while browsing on Facebook,” she narrates.
