On one recent weekend, attention in one of the apartment blocks was drawn to a group of young men who had checked into a furnished unit accompanied by two women. According to residents, the group arrived with loud music, drinks, and recording devices, which quickly made their presence noticeable. As the night progressed, neighbours reported increased noise coming from the apartment, along with behaviour they felt was disruptive and more focused on capturing footage than maintaining any sense of privacy or restraint.
