Witnesses described the group as energetic and highly social, with music playing loudly, drinks flowing, and several people recording videos throughout the evening. By the next day, conversations about the incident had spread throughout the complex and reignited wider concerns surrounding the management of short-term rentals. Some residents believe that without stronger controls, residential buildings could increasingly attract activities that disrupt normal living conditions.
