"Nairobi Ni Shamba La Mawe".....SEE what happens in Kilimani AirBNBs that has left the country in shock, Where Kenyan ladies and Nigerian Men are involved(VIDEO).....Any advice for them?

Kilimani has built a reputation as one of Nairobi’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, largely because of its modern apartments, lively restaurants and convenient location. But for some long-term residents, the character of the area appears to be changing. The growing popularity of short-stay apartments has brought a constant stream of visitors into buildings that were previously occupied mostly by permanent tenants. Some residents say this has occasionally resulted in increased noise, unfamiliar visitors and disturbances that were not common in the past. WATCH THE VIDEO.

Those concerns came into focus again over the weekend after an incident at one of the residential buildings attracted the attention of tenants. Residents said a group of young men arrived at an apartment with two women and several drinks. According to witnesses, loud music later began coming from the unit, prompting complaints from people living nearby. Some residents also claimed to have seen what appeared to be recording equipment being carried into the apartment, although it was not immediately clear what was being filmed or why. By the next morning, the incident had become a talking point among residents and on social media, with some people linking it to wider concerns about the management of short-term rentals in Nairobi’s residential neighbourhoods. While such apartments have become popular with travellers and provide property owners with another source of income, residents argue that clear rules are necessary to prevent conflicts with neighbours. For many people living in Kilimani, the issue is not about stopping short-term rentals altogether, but ensuring that visitors respect the peace, privacy and security of the communities they temporarily call home.
