Although some questioned whether a relationship built entirely online could last, Agnes and Patrick remained committed to each other, choosing to nurture their connection through constant communication and unwavering trust. Patrick made sure he was there to receive Agnes when she landed in Kenya, travelling from Kisii for the long-awaited occasion. Their first face-to-face meeting was filled with emotion, ending months of anticipation as they embraced after spending so much time seeing each other only on phone screens. Agnes later shared that Patrick had stood by her throughout many of the challenges she encountered while working abroad, offering encouragement that helped her through difficult moments.
